We are a leading organization in Gurugram seeking a skilled and motivated female candidate to join our team as a Backoffice Data Management and Assistant to MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data, providing administrative support to the MD, and ensuring smooth functioning of the office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing data and maintaining records
- Generating reports and conducting research
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings
- Providing administrative support to the MD
- Handling correspondence and phone calls
- Maintaining confidentiality of information
- Performing other duties as assigned by the MD
Requirements:
- degree in any field
- Proven experience in data management and office administration
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Female candidate preferred
