Yazaki are the Japanease and MNC company for its customers are major OEM’S like HCIL, MSIL, NISSAN, TATA MOTORS etc. The company develops and produces the entire range of wiring harness for two and four wheelers. Yazaki groups are the World No.1 for making the wiring harness.
2.5 years works experience in Minda Furukawa Electric Pvt. Ltd. is jointed venture between Spark Minda, Ashok Minda group of India and Furukawa of Japan.
Responsibility
Production planning as per customer demands their execution and monitoring.
Manpower planning, control and distribution according to the plans and achieve the targets.
Monitoring of hourly output as per production plans.
Cycle time study according process condition on regular basis, calculation of take time.
Provide the training and up grading the skills of the manpower.
